From Entrepreneurs to Influential Organization
To be free from conflicts of interest, we must avoid investors and most other forms of financing as they have strings attached. Therefore, we are Crowd-Starting the organization:
We are asking everyone to invest 15-20 hours a week of their skills during this period to get the organization on its feet before payday arrives. All hours will be tracked and paid retroactively after we get on our feet.
This only works if you can see this as a short-term investment opportunity. Everyone joining is a partner and will receive an ownership stake in the organization, as we are building a structure akin to a Nonprofit Cooperative. You need to look past the old “employee vs employer” relationship and be open to a more evolved dynamic.

Job Description
We are in need of an AI Content Integration Specialist who will assist in integrating AI with our current Marketing and Outreach teams to enhance messaging, social media content, and other text. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual excited about the possibilities AI holds. You don’t need to be a major AI expert—just someone curious about AI technology, understands its fundamentals, and is keen on learning how to leverage it effectively.
Role Overview
As an AI Content Integration Specialist, you will:
- Assist in the development and refinement of our ChatGPT model to ensure it effectively supports our team in understanding and communicating our complex mission
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, particularly ChatGPT and other LLMs, to enhance our content strategy across multiple platforms
- Work closely with our Marketing, Outreach, and other leadership to utilize AI in refining messages, optimizing social media content, emails, and other key communications
- Contribute to building our AI model, integrating it within our operations, and simplifying its use for our less tech-savvy team members
Projects Include:
- Utilizing ChatGPT to refine drafts of emails, website copy, social media posts, and other content, ensuring they accurately convey the elements of our Blueprint to Upgrade Democracy
- Continuously improving our GPT model to make it more accessible for all team members and enhancing its understanding of our mission’s complexities
- Exploring innovative ways to integrate AI features into various aspects of our organization
Required Skills:
- Basic understanding of AI and familiarity with the operation of ChatGPT and other Large Language Models
- Knowledge of AI model training and the principles of machine learning
- Basic understanding of APIs and how to integrate ChatGPT’s API with various software systems
