About FiNC
At the Future is Now Coalition (FiNC), we’re building a citizen-owned alternative political system—one designed to fundamentally upgrade democracy by putting power back where it belongs: in the hands of the people. Our mission is to restore true citizen representation, level the playing field for grassroots candidates (including independents and third parties), and make politics both accessible and actionable for everyday Americans.
We call this approach the Meta-Movement—a movement of movements uniting those who recognize that the system isn’t just broken; it’s rigged. Instead of fighting inside a rigged game, we’re building something new: transparent, accountable, and truly representative. Our strategy is nonpartisan, solutions-driven, and designed for lasting impact.
At the heart of this work is a mindset shift we call “Seeing in DP” (Digital Politics). DP is a lens that cuts through partisan narratives and reveals how power actually operates—who pulls the strings, how narratives are shaped, and why citizens are left with false choices. It’s not about changing what people believe; it’s about giving them clarity to vote their values and transform the system itself. When you see in DP, you stop choosing sides and start building something better.
FiNC is structured as a cooperative-style nonprofit, where team members aren’t just employees, they’re partners and co-architects. Everyone plays an active role in shaping our mission, strategy, and growth. We’re not building this for people. We’re building it with them. You’re not the audience—you’re the architect.
If you’re ready to help create something beyond politics as usual—and to join a team designing the future of democracy itself—we invite you to step in. The future is now.
IMPORTANT: This involves DELAYED COMPENSATION – Please read carefully
To maintain our independence and avoid conflicts of interest, we are not accepting investors or financing that comes with strings attached. Instead, we are Crowd-Starting FiNC—building it together from the ground up.
We’re asking team members to contribute 15-20 hours per week during this phase, with all time tracked and paid retroactively once we become fully operational.
This model only works if you see it as a short-term investment for long-term rewards. Everyone who joins is a partner, receiving an ownership stake in FiNC. Our structure is similar to a Nonprofit Cooperative, moving beyond the traditional “employee vs employer” dynamic into something more collaborative and forward-thinking.
Please only apply if you’re open to this unique opportunity and ready to be part of something truly transformative.

The Role
We’re looking for a social-savvy relationship builder who can turn FiNC’s mission into meaningful connections—with citizens, grassroots leaders, independent journalists, and reform organizations alike. This isn’t just about outreach. It’s about building the network that powers the Meta-Movement—a movement of movements working to upgrade democracy.
This role is central to bringing our Citizen Architect Program to life: helping citizens see themselves not as spectators, but as co-creators of the new system. You’ll spark conversations, foster trust, and motivate people to engage, share, and take ownership in the mission.
If you thrive in online spaces, love connecting with people across different perspectives, and can translate big ideas into human, relatable interactions, this is your lane.
Key Responsibilities
- Community Engagement: Build and nurture online communities around FiNC’s mission: commenting, messaging, and sparking conversations that make people feel seen and invited to take part.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate trust-based partnerships with activists, reform organizations, independent journalists, and underdog candidates. Present FiNC as an amplifier, not a competitor.
- Social Media Navigation: Proactively engage across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Discord, etc.), responding in real-time to opportunities and trends that align with our mission.
- Citizen Architect Activation: Help introduce the Citizen Architect Program to the public, creating excitement, answering questions, and motivating people to take part in shaping the system.
- Event Outreach: Represent FiNC in virtual forums, panels, and online coalitions. Build visibility for the Meta-Movement and identify new allies for collaboration.
- Strategic Storytelling: Adapt FiNC’s message for different audiences, from grassroots citizens to high-profile influencers, ensuring clarity and authenticity in every interaction.
- Bridge Building: Navigate egos, competing priorities, and diverse perspectives to create win-win partnerships that scale reform rather than fragment it.
Who We’re Looking For
- Proven connector: At least 3 years in outreach, community engagement, or relationship-based roles (activism, nonprofit, PR, or political experience a plus)
- Emotionally intelligent: Skilled at reading people, understanding dynamics, and building trust across diverse groups
- Mission-driven communicator: Can clearly articulate FiNC’s vision in ways that inspire and empower others
- Strategic thinker: Balances fast-moving social interactions with long-term relationship goals
- Digital native: Comfortable navigating multiple platforms and building online communities
- Collaborator at heart: Sees partnerships as additive—not competitive—and thrives in collective work
Why This Role Matters
FiNC’s success depends on connection—not just messaging, but relationships. You’ll help transform strangers into allies, allies into Citizen Architects, and Citizen Architects into the backbone of a meta-movement big enough to upgrade democracy.
