About FiNC

At the Future is Now Coalition (FiNC), we’re leading a movement to fundamentally upgrade democracy. Our mission is to restore true citizen representation, level the playing field for grassroots and other alternative candidates (like third parties), and make politics accessible and digestible for everyday Americans.

We’re building a meta-movement—a movement of movements uniting those who recognize that the system itself is broken and are ready to fix it at the root. We’re not fighting within a rigged system—we’re replacing it with something better. Our approach is nonpartisan, solutions-driven, and designed for long-term impact.

At the heart of our mission is a shift in perspective we call “Seeing in DP” (Digital Politics). It’s a mindset—a lens that helps people see beyond the surface of partisan narratives and clearly identify the root causes of political dysfunction. It’s not about changing what people believe—it’s about helping them understand how power really works, so they can act with clarity, not confusion. When you see politics in DP, you stop reacting to sides and start spotting the systems behind them.

FiNC is also being built as something akin to a nonprofit cooperative—where team members aren’t just employees, but partners. Everyone plays a meaningful role in shaping the mission, the strategy, and the organization itself as we grow.

If you’re ready to be part of something bigger than politics as usual, join us. The future is now.

IMPORTANT: This involves DELAYED COMPENSATION – Please read carefully

To maintain our independence and avoid conflicts of interest, we are not accepting investors or financing that comes with strings attached. Instead, we are Crowd-Starting FiNC—building it together from the ground up.

We’re asking team members to contribute 15-20 hours per week during this phase, with all time tracked and paid retroactively once we become fully operational.

This model only works if you see it as a short-term investment for long-term rewards. Everyone who joins is a partner, receiving an ownership stake in FiNC. Our structure is similar to a Nonprofit Cooperative, moving beyond the traditional “employee vs employer” dynamic into something more collaborative and forward-thinking.

Please only apply if you’re open to this unique opportunity and ready to be part of something truly transformative.

Job Description

We’re looking for a creative and mission-driven Content Creator to join our team under the guidance of our Social Media Manager. This role is all about bringing bold, original ideas to life across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Bluesky, using current events and cultural moments to amplify FiNC’s message and help more Americans see politics for what it really is.

You don’t need to master every platform—we’re happy if you’re great at just one—but you must be immersed in the world of digital culture and know how to translate complex political messages into timely, scroll-stopping content. We’ll provide you with talented copywriters and designers to support your vision, but bonus points if you can write compelling captions or create basic graphics in Canva or similar tools.

At FiNC, we’re helping people “See Politics in DP”—a new lens that reveals how power really works, who it really serves, and how citizens can step into their power to change it. Your job is to help bring that clarity to the feeds and minds of the people.

What You’ll Do:

  • Create and pitch original content ideas that tie current trends and cultural moments to FiNC’s mission

  • Collaborate with copywriters and designers to execute compelling posts for TikTok, Instagram, and Bluesky (and occasionally other platforms)

  • Stay on top of platform trends and algorithm shifts to keep our content fresh, timely, and engaging

  • Help maintain a consistent voice and presence across all channels, in collaboration with the Social Media Manager

  • Occasionally create your own visuals (in Canva or similar) or light video edits when needed

  • Contribute to shaping a social media strategy that goes beyond algorithms—leveraging organic shareability and mission-driven momentum

You’re a Great Fit If You…

  • Have 1-2+ years of experience creating for social media (TikTok and/or Instagram experience preferred)

  • Are naturally plugged into cultural conversations, trends, and memes

  • Are a strong idea generator, able to think conceptually and pitch content ideas that reflect and elevate FiNC’s vision

  • Can write clear, concise, and compelling social copy—or work with others who do

  • Know your way around Canva or basic visual tools (not required, but a major plus)

  • Understand that FiNC is not a brand or a product—it’s a movement. You’re excited to help people see politics differently and activate real change

  • Work well in a collaborative, fast-moving remote environment

This is a chance to be at the frontlines of the content world, using your creativity to help people wake up to how democracy really works—and how we can build something better.
