Future is Now Coalition

About Us

FiNC is the embodiment of trust. Our primary mission is to earn people’s confidence in everything we’re building through rigorous transparency, structured accountability, and ethical governance. We’re committed to creating a democracy everyone can believe in by practicing what we preach, holding ourselves to the highest standards of transparency and ethics.

We operate under an entirely new legal model—employee-owned with built-in checks-and-balances to ensure transparency and accountability. Employees actively participate in collaborative decision-making across all levels and practice servant leadership. FiNC aims to serve as a new standard in ethical operations, demonstrating the values we advocate in political leadership.

Built With America, Not Just For It

At FiNC, continuous citizen engagement is central to everything we do. Through focus groups, surveys, and polls, we ensure our mission reflects the genuine will of the people. We’re not building democracy in isolation—we’re evolving alongside the citizens we serve, earning their confidence every day.

A New Kind of Organization for a New Kind of Democracy

FiNC represents something radically unprecedented—an entirely new kind of organization built specifically for modern democracy. We aren’t bound by traditional structures like corporations, nonprofits, or political parties. Instead, FiNC serves as the strategic backbone behind Digital Politics (DP)—a groundbreaking framework designed to empower citizens.

We uniquely prioritize cognitive diversity and the array of perspectives individuals bring from their lived experiences. By embracing diverse thinking styles and fostering genuine inclusivity, we cultivate deeper understanding and effective representation.

Our innovative messaging addresses public disillusionment by reframing the political narrative from divisive partisanship to realistic, pragmatic solutions. FiNC transparently communicates systemic barriers, providing fresh pathways for meaningful change.

Meet the Visionary: Travis Misurell

FiNC’s founder and visionary, Travis, brings a uniquely neurodiverse perspective to our unprecedented mission. His autistic “superpowers”—deep focus, exceptional pattern recognition, and innovative problem-solving—allow him to envision solutions others overlook.

Some view neurodivergence as a hindrance. For Travis, it’s the opposite—a wellspring of unique perspectives fueling innovation. Armed with a BA in Psychology and decades immersed in technology and sociology, Travis envisions a world where atypical thinking is recognized as society’s competitive advantage. He founded FiNC with the belief that harnessing cognitive diversity can revolutionize politics.

“My mind thrives where traditional thinking fails,” Travis explains. “Where others see barriers, I see opportunities. Neurodiversity isn’t just a strength—it’s essential. No one person sees the entire picture alone. I’ve always felt my role is to help integrate diverse perspectives, creating a ‘meta-view’ of society. Only then can we truly upgrade democracy.”

Under his leadership, FiNC has grown into a dedicated team of over 25 passionately committed to reshaping democracy and making politics transparent, accountable, and inclusive.

Marshall Zweig

Marshall Zweig, Content Specialist

My political awakening began in June 1973, when, as a child, I was frustrated that “Woody Woodpecker” was preempted by some kind of meeting I didn’t understand. My father pointed to the TV and said, “See that man? He’s an American hero.” He was pointing to John Dean, testifying during the Watergate hearings. The moment sparked a lifelong engagement with the political landscape.

Over the years, I’ve observed pivotal events—the entrenchment of the polarizing two-party system, the pardoning of Nixon, the political mobilization of evangelical Christians under Reagan, the repeal of the Fairness Doctrine, the Citizens United ruling, and the influence of superdelegates in the 2016 primaries—that have, in my view, shifted power from people to parties—and to corporations. These experiences are why I’m volunteering for FiNC: I want to help put the power back where it belongs—with the people.

Professionally, I’ve created compelling brand narratives—most notably for Little Caesars, as the creative director who introduced HOT-N-READY pizza, which revolutionized the quick-service pizza market. I’ve created content for industry giants like Disney, Walmart, ABC, and CBS, and collaborated with numerous C-suite executives—including a former U.S. president. I’m also a master relationship coach. I believe my unique skillset to communicate effectively with diverse audiences equips me to contribute effectively to FiNC’s mission of reforming American politics.
