Our Mission
At the Future is Now Coalition (FiNC), we are at the forefront of revolutionizing democracy through our innovative concepts of Digital Politics and Digital Democracy. Our mission goes beyond simply integrating technology into the political process; we aim to bridge the gap between public opinion and government action by reshaping how politics is conducted. We emphasize transparency, accountability, and citizen empowerment to dismantle partisan bias, ensure equal visibility for all politicians, and provide unrestricted access to unbiased political information.
With our approach combining technology with a socio-political organization, we empower every citizen to become an informed and active participant in a truly participatory democracy. Our efforts are collaborative and inclusive, driven by a commitment to reflect the diverse voices of our society and make democracy more responsive.
FiNC is more than just an organization—it’s a meta-movement dedicated to evolving democracy through a comprehensive and multi-dimensional Blueprint to Upgrade Democracy. We’re not just integrating technology; we’re fundamentally transforming the ethos and mechanics of how political engagement and representation function.
The future is now, and it starts with you. Join us in shaping the next era of politics.
IMPORTANT: From Entrepreneurs to Influential Organization
To remain free from conflicts of interest, we are avoiding traditional investors and other forms of financing that come with strings attached. Instead, we are Crowd-Starting FiNC.
We’re asking team members to invest 15-20 hours per week during this early phase to help build the organization. All time will be tracked and paid retroactively once we’re fully operational.
This only works if you see it as a short-term investment with long-term rewards. Everyone who joins is a partner and will receive an ownership stake as we’re building a structure similar to a Nonprofit Cooperative. We are moving beyond the traditional “employee vs employer” dynamic to something more evolved.
We’re creating our dream careers in an organization designed to change the world. This investment pays off not only for you but for society as well.
Please apply only if you’re open to this unique circumstance.
Once we’re launched, revenue will flow, and the organization will move into high gear. At that point, everyone will transition to salaried positions with full benefits, and we’ll begin scaling up exponentially.

Job Description
As a Relationship Manager at FiNC, you will be at the forefront of building and nurturing key relationships that are essential to advancing our mission. This role requires someone who understands the importance of relationships, not just as professional connections but as the foundation of collaboration in the political and activist landscape. You will navigate the complex dynamics between organizations, political figures, and influencers—helping FiNC build bridges, avoid ego-driven barriers, and present ourselves as an empowering partner rather than competition.
Your goal: to strengthen FiNC’s network of partners across the political spectrum, facilitating meaningful collaboration that helps scale their efforts, while advancing FiNC’s Blueprint to Upgrade Democracy.
Key Responsibilities:
Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term partnerships with political organizations, activists, politicians, and independent media. Navigate the personalities and dynamics involved to build trust, collaboration, and mutual benefit, ensuring FiNC empowers rather than replaces.
Outreach Strategy: Develop and execute outreach strategies to engage key partners and foster alliances that align with FiNC’s mission. Understand the unique motivations of each partner and tailor your approach to build strong, lasting relationships.
Navigating Egos & Complex Dynamics: Skillfully manage conversations with organizations and leaders who may feel hesitant to collaborate, presenting FiNC as a resource that can elevate and scale their impact rather than compete with or overshadow their efforts.
Social Engagement: Leverage social media and other digital platforms to connect with potential partners, strategically expanding FiNC’s influence by understanding their goals and values.
Collaborative Partnership Development: Work closely with FiNC’s outreach and marketing teams to align relationship-building efforts with broader organizational goals, ensuring partnerships are meaningful and contribute to FiNC’s long-term vision.
Representation: Represent FiNC at virtual networking events, online coalitions, and in digital forums. Communicate FiNC’s mission with clarity, passion, and strategic foresight to build rapport with potential partners.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven Relationship-Building Skills: A demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with a variety of individuals and organizations, particularly in the political and activist arenas.
Emotional Intelligence & People Skills: A natural ability to understand people, read social dynamics, and navigate complex personalities and egos with ease, fostering collaboration where others see competition.
Strategic Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt FiNC’s message to resonate with diverse audiences, from grassroots activists to high-profile politicians.
Critical Thinking & Adaptability: Ability to assess and respond to new social dynamics and adjust relationship-building strategies accordingly, ensuring ongoing alignment with FiNC’s mission.
Passion for FiNC’s Mission: A strong commitment to FiNC’s goal of restoring true democracy and empowering citizens, with a deep belief in the power of collaboration to drive change.
