Future is Now Coalition

Process Improvement

Our Mission

At the Future is Now Coalition (FiNC), we’re leading a movement to fundamentally upgrade democracy. Our mission is to restore true citizen representation, level the playing field for third parties and independents, and make politics accessible and digestible for everyday Americans.

We are building a meta-movement—uniting those who recognize that the system itself is broken and working together to fix it at the root. We’re not fighting within a rigged system—we’re replacing it with something better. Our approach is nonpartisan, solutions-driven, and designed for long-term impact. We expose the core flaws in our political system, but more importantly, we bring viable, unprecedented solutions to transform how power is structured in America.

FiNC is more than an organization—we are the architects of change, developing the Blueprint to Upgrade Democracy that will empower citizens, dismantle systemic barriers, and build a political system that truly works for the people.

If you’re ready to be part of something bigger than politics as usual, join us. The future is now.

IMPORTANT: This role involves DELAYED COMPENSATION – Please read carefully

To maintain our independence and avoid conflicts of interest, we are not accepting investors or financing that comes with strings attached. Instead, we are Crowd-Starting FiNC—building it together from the ground up.

We’re asking team members to contribute 15-20 hours per week during this phase, with all time tracked and paid retroactively once we become fully operational.

This model only works if you see it as a short-term investment for long-term rewards. Everyone who joins is a partner, receiving an ownership stake in FiNC. Our structure is similar to a Nonprofit Cooperative, moving beyond the traditional “employee vs employer” dynamic into something more collaborative and forward-thinking.

Please only apply if you’re open to this unique opportunity and ready to be part of something truly transformative.

Job Description

At FiNC, Process Improvement isn’t just an afterthought—it’s core to how we scale, evolve, and build for the long term. As we prepare for rapid growth, we’re looking for a Process Improvement Specialist who can work directly with our Founder to analyze, refine, and enhance our unique operational structure.

This is not a traditional corporate environment. FiNC operates unlike any other organization, and success in this role requires someone who is highly adaptive, open-minded, and able to first understand how and why we do things before working to improve them.

This role will work at both a high-level (big-picture strategy) and a practical level (hands-on implementation)—helping pinpoint weak spots, refine workflows, and ensure our processes align with both efficiency and our team culture. This role will work in close collaboration with People Ops to create processes that support our unique culture and team dynamics.

For the right person, this role has long-term growth potential—evolving into a leadership position such as Director of Process Improvement or beyond. We are building FiNC with scalability in mind, knowing that once we reach our Breakout Moment, our operations will need to grow exponentially.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand & Adapt First – Learn FiNC’s unique operational structure before recommending changes. This role requires observational intelligence to analyze processes within the context of our mission and culture.

  • Process Refinement & Problem-Solving – Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies across teams, then implement scalable solutions that drive long-term efficiency without disrupting our core culture.

  • Employees as People-First – Ensure that processes align with our team’s strengths, work styles, and long-term scalability.

  • Software & Workflow Optimization – Help curate, set up, and integrate software tools that improve productivity and collaboration, particularly in ClickUp.

  • Work Directly with the Founder – Learn from the Founder’s deep expertise in Process Improvement, working alongside them to continuously evolve FiNC’s operational structure..

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2-3+ years of experience in operations, process improvement, or organizational strategy.

  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills – Able to zoom out to see the big picture while also implementing detailed, actionable solutions.

  • Understanding of human behavior & team dynamics – Whether through formal training or innate skill, you should be able to design processes that work for people, not just on paper.

  • Highly adaptable & open-minded – FiNC is not a traditional workplace, and our processes don’t follow corporate norms. Success in this role requires someone who is curious, observant, and eager to understand before changing things.

  • Long-term mindset & leadership potential – We deeply value Process Improvement as an ongoing discipline, and this role has the potential to grow into a key leadership position as FiNC scales.

Why This Role is Different:

  • You’ll be working directly with a Founder who has spent their career in Process Improvement, making this a unique mentorship and growth opportunity.

  • You won’t just be optimizing small processes—you’ll be helping to build the entire infrastructure of a movement designed to reshape democracy itself.

  • We prioritize long-term scalability, meaning your work will directly impact how FiNC evolves, grows, and sustains itself in the years ahead.

If you’re passionate about building structures that empower people, optimizing workflows for real-world effectiveness, and helping shape an organization that’s preparing for exponential growth, we want to hear from you.
